FOR STUDENTS "ERASMUS" FROM THE MIDDLE EAST IN SPAIN

OBJECTIVES:

-Orientate and inform young Erasmus students of the Middle East, who have studied in Spain who want to return to our country, for their professional development, especially if their work is focused on social development projects in their countries of origin. Help cultural and business development, and the internationalization of the our universities , contributing their high level of studies, especially in projects of Social Development Aid -To ensure that YOUNG students who are studying the scholarship in Spain and need to extend their Erasmus stay can get a contract and stay for the time allowed by their scholarship or visa.

DEVELOPMENT: Students "Erasmus" from countries or zones in conflict, especially from the Middle East, have done their scholarships in Spain and more specifically Spin, having to return to their countries at the end. The present project focuses mainly on Erasmus coming from Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, Palestine, Yemen, Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon , Syria, Egypt and Turkey, paying special attention to areas where there is a high degree of religious and ethnic persecution, wars or dictatorships. Erasmus young people who study in Almería if they want to extend their stay should first ask for an extension of their stay, which if they occupy a place will not receive money, so they usually look for partial contracts in Spain or near the city to stay, opening a good opportunity for their professional development and facing a future that the company that hires them is interested in the qualities of the student They also try to take courses or masters, so it would be good if they were allowed to study. At first they speak English perfectly, and other languages such as Turkish, Farsi, Urdu, Arabic, Russian and French, so this project believes that their cultural contribution and their technical and cultural knowledge can be of enormous value for the different companies in Almeria. When they are in Spain they study a semester as a rule and sometimes a year. Doctorates can be up to three years here. Mainly they study business, English philology, Hispanic philology, accounting and computer engineering. There are also people who have studied other degrees such as medicine, history, sports science, etc. It is also intended that they can influence other areas related to culture , as well as the opportunity to create companies that can give jobs to the local population of integral help to social development.

REQUIREMENTS:

-YOUR INTEREST WILL BE VALUED TO CARRY OUT SOCIAL AID PROJECTS

PARA UNIVERSITARIOS "ERASMUS" EN ESPAÑA, PROCEDENTES DE ORIENTE MEDIO

LUGAR DE DESARROLLO: España.

OBJETIVOS:

-Orientar e informar a los jóvenes de beca Erasmus de Oriente Medio, que han estudiado en España que quieran regresar a nuestro país,para su desarrollo profesional sobre todo si su labor se orientase en proyectos sociales de desarrollo en sus países de origen.

-Ayudar al desarrollo cultural y empresaria,, y la internacionalización de España y de sus empresas, aportando ellos su alto nivel de estudios, sobre todo en proyectos de Ayuda al Desarrollo social

-Conseguir que los JOVENES que estén cursando la beca en España y necesiten alargar su estancia Erasmus puedan conseguir un contrato y mantenerse durante el tiempo permitido por su beca o visado.

DESARROLLO:

Estudiantes "Erasmus" procedentes de países o zonas en conflicto, especialmente de Oriente Medio, han realizado sus estudios becados en España teniendo que regresar a sus países al finalizarlos. El proyecto en cuestión es promocionar su regreso a España, con contratos laborales o becas, a fin de recuperarlos aquí, consiguiendo de esa manera ,que sean útiles al tejido empresarial de Almería, ya que ellos tienen cualificaciones universitarias altas al ser Erasmus, han realizado aquí sus estudios como tales con éxito, saben y dominan varios idiomas.

Los Erasmus que vienen suelen tener interés en España y en nuestra cultura, queriendo volver en un futuro a nuestro país.

España, pais que ellos conocen, les puede ofrecer la oportunidad de desarrollar aquí su trabajo profesional. Ellos aportarán sus altos conocimientos y el dominio de varios idiomas, oportunidad que el tejido empresarial español, no puede ni debe de perder en ningún momento. Por otro lado, el ofrecerles un trabajo será una oportunidad para ayudar de una manera o de otra a personas cualificadas que en sus países podrían estar en peligro, al ser zonas de conflictos diversos.

El proyecto presente se centra mayoritariamente en Erasmus que provengan de Pakistán, Kirguizistán, Uzbekistán, Tayikistán, Kazajstán, Turkmenistán, Irán, Afganistán, Iraq, Kuwait, Palestina, Yemen, Emiratos Arabes, Omán, Arabia Saudi, Qatar, Bahrein, Jordania, Líbano, Siria, Egipto y Turquía, prestando especial atención a áreas donde hay un alto grado de persecución religiosa y étnica, conflictos bélicos o dictaduras.

Los jóvenes Erasmus que estudian en España si quieren alargar su estancia deben pedir primero un alargamiento de su estancia, la cual si ocupa una plaza no recibirán dinero, por lo que suelen buscar contratos parciales o cerca de la ciudad para mantenerse, abriéndose una buena oportunidad para su desarrollo profesional y de cara a un futuro que la empresa que los contrate se interese en las cualidades del estudiante.

Vienen intentando también realizar cursos o másteres, así que sería bueno que se les permitiese también estudiar. En un principio hablan perfectamente inglés, y otras lenguas como turco, farsi, urdu, árabe, ruso y francés por tanto este proyecto cree que su aportación cultural y sus conocimientos técnicos y culturales pueden ser de enorme valor para las distintas empresas almerienses. Cuando están en España estudian un semestre por regla general y a veces un año. Los doctorados pueden estar hasta tres años aquí.

Principalmente ellos estudian empresariales, filología inglesa, filología hispánica, contabilidad e ingeniería informática. También hay gente que ha estudiado otros grados como medicina, historia, ciencias del deporte, etc.

También se pretende que puedan influenciar en otras áreas relacionadas con la cultura,, además que se verá la oportunidad de que puedan crear empresas que puedan dar puestos de trabajo a la población local de ayuda integral al desarrollo social.

REQUISITOS:

SE VALORARÁ SU INTERÉS PARA REALIZAR PROYECTOS DE AYUDA SOCIAL

-Deberán haber cursado la beca Erasmus en España previamente tanto como estudiante como trabajando en prácticas.

-Los estudiantes de Turquía solo podrán ser los que hayan estudiado en España previamente.

-El estudiante que desee alargar los estudios y pueda acceder a un contrato, deberá de tener algún tipo de documentación legal que le permita trabajar en España y deberá a empezar a trabajar dese que ya no pueda recibir dinero de la beca

-Para poder acceder al contratación deberán tener entre 19 a 40 años

-El estudiante puede haber nacido en otro país distinto a los mencionados siempre y cuando provengan de universidades que desde los países citados manden estudiantes a España

-También podrán participar estudiantes que hayan nacido en los países citados pero vengan de otro país distinto con beca Erasmus.

-Se le dará un 50% mayor de oportunidades a los estudiantes que provienen de zonas en conflicto, con dictaduras o persecución. Se priorizará a estos chicos un poco más que al resto.

-También se verá la oportunidad de que abran una empresa en la provincia en Almería, dando también la oportunidad a la población española de crear nuevos puestos de trabajo.

-En el caso de que se consiga dar becas, las normas serán las mismas que para conseguir un contrato

-La persona deberá estar trabajando en la empresa por lo menos seis meses.
